The Wreath Skull

Once more i have been asked to participate in the 31 days of Haloween......

As Guest Designer here is my project:-

The Wreath Skull 

Materials

One Dark Green A4 Card

One White A4 paper to make insert

Sharp Scissors

One large oblong die

Promarkers Dark Green and Black

Black Jems

Green ink pad.

Black Ink Pad

Brown Ink Pad.

A brown ribbon

Some brown flowers and leafs cut  with punch.

Glue

The Leaf from The Rose Stamp 

The Wreath Skull 

Now to be perfectly honest this is well out of my comfort zone....but

i sat down and this is what i came up with...

Hope you like it..

To make project

1.

First i stamped the Wreath Skull three times, then i carefully cut

out the image with sharp scissors.

Making sure to take less of each image so as i am 

making old fashioned decoupage...

Leaving the skull aside.....I die cut a oblong dark green die , from piece of  the green card..

This will be the topper base..

that  in turn will hold the skull topper when it is dry and solid..,

Now a test piece adding the base green die cut...then on top

is the Skull image....

Taking the green ink pad and running it around the edge of

the card...to merge it all together..

Now we are getting there...

I made my ribbon and punches some Flowers with the same card stock and placed

on the card to see if they were ok...

Now take them off again...and set aside..

Ran the green ink around the flowers when made....after i added them to 

the card...with Acrylic Glue.

I took the leaf of the Rose Stamp and stamped  around the image

in Brown and Green ink....set aside to dry..

Then i took the skull stamp and using black ink pad

and only the top of the stamp holding the wreath...

i stamped around the card...

The Wreath Stamped around the card was made as an after thought...

  Wha la.....here is my Skull card....
